My name is jamir flores, I am an electronics and automation engineering and I am interested in being
part of a company that allows me to adopt new knowledge and implement the ones I have already
acquired, aligning myself directly to the company's objectives.

I am currently performing the position of logistics and transportation manager where I am in charge of
shipping, import and export as well as warehousing and receiving, I have developed continuous
improvement projects through lean manufacturing and sig sigma methodologies. I have implemented
and developed the import and export department after taking a diploma in foreign trade and customs
management.

in the past I have had experience in other companies in preventive, predictive and corrective
maintenance as well as customer service.

i am an accounting technician and during a period of time i used to work as a part time accountant in
the university where i was studying.

2.- hobbies

I have artistic hobbies such as playing accordion guitar and piano. I also like to read and learn new
languages. I am currently studying German in which I am at a beginner level. Also I like to watch movies
and have some snacks during the weekend with my wife.

3 daily task

I spend most of my time ensuring compliance with KPIs as well as attending to the needs of customers in
various parts of the world such as Australia, China, Italy, India, USA as well as attending and negotiating
with service suppliers and scheduling shipments. I am also in charge of ensuring that customer orders
are sent in a timely manner, complying with shipping regulations and procedures according to their
needs.

Well, I currently work from Monday to Friday from 7 to 5. On some occasions, when necessary I have
gone to work on Saturday and Sunday but most of the time I am available on the phone

I have to generate a report on all daily operations and our database report is updated weekly We
include details such as customer name, packaging cost, shipping cost, customs costs, cost of the finished
goods. as well as delivering monthly KPI compliance reports such as shipping performance, and
customer satisfaction level.

We use ERP and our internal system to share our metrics and reports.

Currently my reason is because I would like to acquire new knowledge as well as improve my level of
English. I currently have a permanent contract but I would like to continue improving my skills and this
opportunity presented itself, so I decided to take it.

I currently have 32 people under my supervision and they are divided into 3 shifts, which is why I have
my coordinators who support me in ensuring compliance with the activities planned for the month.

My favorite part is really providing top-notch service internally with the other teams and with the final
customer, that's what I like the most, as well as keeping my metrics on target month after month.

that all work standards are higher. I think that the way of working can be very different. I would also like

My ideal work environment would be in a warehouse resolving any detail that could occur as well as any
area that has to do with logistics and product preservation. I really wouldn't have any problems with the
place as long as I can learn a little more and work.

I really like to find a way to work with any type of person, you have to know how to reach each one of
them because they have different ways of working and different ways of thinking, but I always try to find
a way to align them with the stated objectives.

15 how do you feel about relocating moving

I feel excited and ready to start something new, a change.

I have always wanted to advance and improve. I am from a small city in Mexico and then I moved to
Monterrey, which is a larger city full of opportunities that I really found and I consider that now is the
time to turn everything around and continue to the next level. making a change of country

I would like to be able to get a long-term job since I know that I will like what I will experience learning
new things and I know that will motivate me to be better day by day.

I wouldn't have any problem with living with roommates or sharing transportation most of the time I
lived like that until I married my wife. Over time I might look for something quieter for myself but at the
moment I don't see it being a problem.
