WHEREAS, the VENDORS have offered to sell the above-described parcel


of land unto the Vendee which offer was accepted by the VENDEE;

That the VENDORS, namely:, AURELIA P. MULLEDA; ROSEMARIE M.


BRIOSO; JOSEFINA M. ROLDAN; DANILO P. MULLEDA; NOLITO P.
MULLEDA; EDNA P. MULLEDA; EDGAR P. MULLEDA; HILARIO P.
MULLEDA, JR.; HILARIO P. MULLEDA III; IRENEO P. MULLEDA; and
ANALYN M. BONSOL FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of ONE
MILLION PESOS (Php1,000,000.00) Philippine currency, to us paid in hand
and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from the VENDEE we do hereby
SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of ABSOLUTE SALE unto the said
VENDEE, his heirs and assigns, all our rights and interests in the above-
described parcel of land covered by TCT No. 080-2023000552;

That notice to possible legal redemptioners have been sent pursuant to


the provisions of the new Civil Code of the Philippines.

That the above-described parcel of land is free from any liens and
encumbrances of whatsoever nature and kind.
