INTEGRATED DIDACTIC UNIT NUMBER 2

INTRODUCTION

As I have explained in the development of my programming, I am going to

carry out 11 Integrated Didactic Units based on the teaching of English
through video as an educational resource. In the first Unit we will make an
introduction about the Project (“Three, two, one: action”) explaining the
most important concepts of cinema and making a brief introduction about
the theme that we will carry out.
In this case, Unit number 2 will be based on the use of disney movies and
videos to acquire the second language in an entertainment way. Project
based learning is a learning strategy that involves students in solving
problems or meaningful tasks, develops skills and attitudes such as
autonomy and allows knowledge to be put into practice.

Unit 2 will be based on the disney film called "Encanto" which is set in
Colombia, covers the cultural, gastronomic, people and music diversity of
the country. "Charm" is illusion, magic, art and entertainment. The main
character of the film Mirabel is a girl who, unlike the rest of her relatives,
has no special powers but has a super power: knowing how to love without
conditions.
