Teodoro who have been selected to represent our municipality in the nationwide Lipa
Open DanceSport Competition, scheduled for September 9, 2023. As part of the pre-
competition activities, our delegates will present themselves before the honorable
Governor, Vice Governor, and Board Members of Oriental Mindoro on September 5,
2023.
The purpose of this letter is to humbly request vehicular assistance from your office for
our delegation's transportation needs on the aforementioned date. The support of your
office in providing a vehicle for this occasion would be of immense help in ensuring the
smooth and efficient transportation of our student-athletes to the venue where they will
meet with the provincial officials.
The Lipa Open DanceSport Competition is a significant event for our municipality, and
our delegates' presentation to the provincial leadership is an essential part of this
experience. It not only highlights the talent and dedication of our students but also
provides an opportunity to garner support for our sports programs, which aim to
empower and nurture the potential of our youth.
We are aware of the responsibilities and challenges faced by your office, but we kindly
request your consideration and assistance in this matter. Your support will not only
facilitate our delegation's participation in this important event but will also contribute to
the success and recognition of San Teodoro in the province.
