NARRATIVE REPORT
(School Meet 2023)

Following the worldwide spread of Coronavirus - 19, Paspasin Primary School

held its most memorable School Meet on January 21, 2023.
Despite having a small number of students, the school was able to evenly
divide the students into three teams: the red team, the blue team, and the yellow
team. A teacher-adviser guided and instructed each team on which sports to
participate.
Students had only played four games at the school: athletics, chess, basketball,
and volleyball. These games were only played by students in grades 3 through 6. In
the meantime, primary students (Kindergarten through Grade 2) participated in
traditional Filipino games like sack race and kadang-kadang.
The championship was won by the yellow boys' volleyball team at Ruiz Li
Jandrew. Sadly, the yellow team, the volleyball boys champions, prevailed over the
blue team. Dribbling their way to victory in basketball, the blue team defeated the
formidable red team.
Kate Daniella Bengua rushed to the finish line to become the new champion of
the 100-meter sprint, while Anjielo Bonifacio swiftly snatched the title by crossing the
finish line first in his group.
Ruiz Li Jandrew Santigao proved that he wasn't just a Santiago by defeating
his opponents in the game of pawns and horses and winning the chess boys
championship. Mary Shean Diwata, on the other hand, successfully surrendered her
opponent's king piece to win the chess girls division.
Players were selected to participate in the district meet after each game.
In addition to enhancing students' sportsmanship and discipline, the school
meet was pushed through so that student athletes could be selected to participate in
the District Meet in February 2023.
