Accomplishment Report in Sports

S.Y. 2019-2020

As the sports Coordinator in our school, I was able to accomplish the different
activities and projects in Sports.

I. Pupil’s Development

a. Conducted Physical Fitness Test for Grade IV-VI

b. Held School- Based Intramurals
c. Participated in Cluster Meet Elimination
d. Participated in Municipal Meet last September 19-20, 2019.

NARRATIVE REPORTS ON SPORTS

S.Y. 2019-2020

. Physical Education encourages students to have holistic and active

lifestyles and practice the arts of winning, losing and teamwork.

Sports promote camaraderie and rapport among students,

instructors, parents and administration. In other words sports build
strong bond within the community.

Another purpose is to enable students to realize their strengths

and weaknesses and be able to improve on each area of sports, as well as
determine the potential athletes’ who will represent the higher meets.

The first activity started on June 2018, which we conduct the

physical fitness test among Grade IV-VI students for the preparation of
the potential athletes. In doing this we are able to identify pupils who are
qualified for various sports events for competition.

We conduct also a school based Intramurals last August 27-30,

2019 including Laro ng lahi as the part of the program with the full
cooperation of learners, coaches and other in the administration of the
different levels of meets . The flow of said school based sports done
smoothly. After the school based palaro some of our pupils represent our
school for Cluster meet held last September 10, 2019 at Dumpay
Elementary School. After the Cluster meet we are able to identify the
potential athletes that will compete to Municipal meet held at Basista
Municipal Gym last September 19-20, 2019. The winners in Municipal meet
then participate in Sub Unit meet last September 26-27,2019 wherein
some of the winners are coming from Basista District and they
participated in the Division Meet held last October 30 , 2019 at Lingayen,
Pangasinan.
 The only way to prove that you’re a good sport is to loose. Not
everyone got medals and certificates but the end of the day they have
realized what important is they played, they have fun and they enjoyed
the games
