UBER INDIA - VIZAG, INDIA 11/2019 - 11/2020
Our team served as the first point of contact for rider's and drivers of Uber, my responsibility was to
provide mediation between riders and drivers to resolve disputes, spontaneously and by negotiating. The
average number of disputes I closed were 10 calls a day, within 6mins of the call.
Afterwards, i was selected to be part of a team with 5 others, where we were tasked to study, on can an
agent improve his dispute resolution skills , while decreasing call times, for which we monitored some
calls and graded agents according to their calls while providing them with alternative ways to de-escalate
conflicts. I had to constantly improvise my delivery of feedback, according to the agent, without hurting
their feelings.
