1. Read the Cask of Amontillado attentively.
2. Identify and highlight the elements of horror in the story.

3. Reading Comprehension Question: Identify two instances
in the story where Montresor uses manipulation or
deception to lure Fortunato into his trap. How do these
instances contribute to the development of suspense and
horror in the story? Answer the question with a statement
and 2 arguments. Exemplify with quotes and elements in
the story.
4. Create an infographic that illustrates clearly your
statement and arguments.
5. Record yourself explaining the answer.
6. Create a folder with the story, the answer, the infographic
and the video.
