This document discusses two enabling mechanisms for school projects: strengthening collaboration with stakeholders and enhancing complementarity between public and private education. For the first mechanism, collaborating with stakeholders allows projects to receive feedback, skills, resources and criticism to help achieve goals and improve the school and community. The second mechanism proposes partnering technical/vocational schools with private industries to give students workplace exposure and help them apply principles from school. This can enrich students' technical and soft skills while developing good work habits.
