The undersigned are students of Negros Oriental State University- Mabinay Campus taking up Business
Administration Major in Human Resource Management We are currently conducting a research study under
Feasibility subject titled MABINAY FLOWER CUT FARM IN MABINAY NEGROS ORIENTAL. Due to
the lack of supplies of the product in the said area.

Related to this, we would like to request for your permission to allow us to conduct a survey in your
