PROBLEM (word count:- /200)
The problem is that usable land in Hong Kong is hard to come by, leading land and house prices
to skyrocket, making many people unable to live in acceptable living conditions or unable to have
their own personal space.

Strengths Weaknesses
The need The problem is that usable land in Hong Kong is hard to come by, leading land
and house prices to skyrocket, making many people unable to live in
acceptable living conditions or unable to have their own personal space.
The client Elderly People, 70+ years old, requires easy access to temples and shops
and the wet market, close to hospital, may have mobility issues, short
distance walking
The processes I will design a 3d model of a building for the community of my choice, I
will check it’s stability and how it fulfills my clients needs, lastly, I will
3d print it.
The Solution We could create some spaces where it is soundproof inside so people are
able to have their own privacy while being in a small space, with adequate
space to be able to not only sleep there.
Constraints I know very little about architecture therefore I may not be able to
create a good looking building without defying a few laws of gravity
and making Newton jump out of his grave.

Impact of the Product on the Client.
Show 4 key features with photos of your product from B3 or B4 and outline how
they benefit the client
My client is a senior citizen, and may need to use the hospital more often. This
design benefits them because it is so easy to see, so seniors will not get lost
looking for it. The futuristic design also would attract the younger population, so
the seniors would have people to accompany them.
Read A1 again. How well did your building solve the problem? Explain why using
supporting evidence
My building solved the problem well, because it is a hospital, and seniors have to
use the hospital more than the average 30 year old, so making it big means it
could accomodate more people.
