Dear students,

Your assignment is to perform PLC program for the following mixing process procedure.

1) Fill Tank 1 followed by Tank 2

2) Discharge Tank 1 and Tank 2 simultaneously into Mixing Tank
3) Mixing for 15 seconds followed by tank drains

You need to draw the ladder logic diagram for the process and explain thoroughly how the
coding is transformed into instructions. Discuss your findings systematically in a report.

During the lab preparation session, I want to see what you’re planning for this assignment.
