process using manpower. One of the most widely used control devices in the industry is Programmble
Logic Control (PLC). This device regulates operations within the scope of local control for various
mechanical and electrical devices, both under normal conditions and to activate the security system.

In order to be able to utilize the PLC to maximize performance, it requires people who have performance,
needed people who have competence in operating and developing control programs that are suitable to
the needs of the plant. Therefore, the Programmable Logic Control (PLC) training not only provides basic
knowledge and skills about PLCs, but also provides an understanding and mastery of the knowledge of
programming methods used to control PLC-controlled equipment.

TUGINO, ST MT

Mr. Tugino was born in Klaten October, 8st 1969. Mr Tugino graduated from post-graduate in Electrical
Engineering, Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta Indonesia. He became a lecturer and researcher in
the Department of Electrical Engineering STTNAS in Yogyakarta Indonesia since 1995. Lectures on topics
in Industrial Electronics, PLCs, DCS, Power Electronics, Electrical Power Systems, Design of Industrial
Electrical Installation, etc. Mr. Tugino obtain funds from the DIRJEN DIKTI on Computerized Models for
Motor Control Designs, Automatic Control of Power Factor Compensation, Motor Vibration and
Temperature Monitoring, Chopper and Timer Designs for the Laser, etc. Mr. Tugino also received funding
from the Kemenristek DIKTI for community service program on the use of renewable energy and solar
energy to help fish and chicken farmers.

Mr. Tugino has extensive experience as a trainer in the field of Electrical, Electronics, Control, Safety
and Maintenance Training since 1999. Electrical Training is handled such as training for Power
Generation, Transmission and Distribution and Protection, as well as Lightning Protection and
Grounding System. In the topic of Electronics and Controls Training, Mr Tugino been training for Power
Electronics, VSD, Control System Design, PLC, DCS, SCADA, etc. Mr Tugino also guide Electrical Safety
Training. For the training of maintenance, He has trained of predictive and preventive maintenance
training on electrical apparatus (Motor, Generator, Transformator, Power Panel and Distribution,
etc). The participants of the training that comes from Oil and Gas Company (Pertamina, Total E & P,
Chevron, VICO, Petrochina, etc.), Manufacturing (AZET, PancaManunggal, Sriboga), Cement (Holcim,
Semen Gresik), Petrochemicals (Petrokimia Gresik), Plantation (PTPN 1-12), Fertilizer (PUSRI,
PupukKaltim), Powerplant (Indonesia Power Semarang, Grati, PJB Cirata), Mining (Newmon), etc.

Building Design, The Design of Electricity Distribution to Rural Communities, Reviews the Research,
Industrial Electronics and Control Problems, etc.

He also become coaches and mentors The Mechatronic and Robotics Club. The results that have been
fostered, a few times to get the championship at the robotics competition at regional and national
levels and was awarded from the Director General of Higher Education.

Renewable Energy at the University of New South Wales (UNSW)), in Malaysia ( Comparative Study of
Learning Systems at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Comparative Study and Collaboration
with Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Penang), in Thailand (Comparative Study to Prince of Songkla
University (PSU) Hat Yai and Visiting Professor Program at Rajamangala University of Technology
Bangkok), in Taiwan (Product Training in GW Instek and K & H), in Singapore( Comparative Study of the
APEI-Batam Electricity and National Working Meeting System), in China (Training of Industrial Robotics
