Peristaltic pump operational principle

Peristaltic pumps work by compressing and relaxing a hose that’s positioned
between a rotating device and a circular pump housing.
Fluid positioned ahead of the rollers gets pushed forward as the rollers rotate
inside the case. Meanwhile, the portion of the hose just behind the rollers
rebounds to create a vacuum. This draws fluid into the pumping hose, which
is then pushed forward by the rollers.

Introduction Basic Operation panel

Acceptable pump heads for BT 100J- 1A are YZ15-1A, YZ25-1A, DG-1A, DG-1A/B ,
DG-2A and DG – 2B . The pump Delivery flow rates range from 0 .002 to 380 ml/min.
The speed can be adjusted manually or automatically through external
control interface . Store the running parameter automatically. Easy to
operate

Speed

Start /Stop Key

Press the Start /Stop Key to start or stop the pump. This key is

invalid in prime state when pump runs at full speed .

Direction Key

Press the Direction Key to change the rotating direction of the

pump and the Direction Indicator lights at the same time . This
key is invalid in prime state.

Speed Increase /decrease Key

Press the Speed Increase Key or Decrease Key one time to

increase or decrease the speed in step of 0.1rpm . Continuously
press the increase key or decrease key to change the speed
rapidly. The Speed Increase Key and Decrease Key are invalid in
prime state .
Reference :
Make sure the power line of the pump is grounded reliably to Prime Key
protect the operator in humid condition .
In common state , press the Prime Key to enter prime state when the

Acceptable Pump Heads and Tubing Changing the Pump Head

The pump head has been installed on drive before leaving the factory.
Pump Head Tubing Flow Rates Please follow below procedure when changing a new pump head is
(mL /min ) needed .
1. Loose the tightening screws which connecting the pump head and
the drive . Take down the pump head .

2. Insert the flat end of the new pump head's shaft to the slot of the
drive's coupling . Make the positioning hole of the pump head
YZ 1 5-1A match the positioning pin of the drive .
3. Tighten the screws which connecting the pump head and the
drive. Try your best to tighten the screws in the same degree . Do
not over-tighten the screws to prevent the housing from
deforming . (Please reference the pump head operating manual for
details .)
Note:Shut down the power supply before changing a new pump head.

Check the Pump Head Occlusion

Load the tubing in pump head and insert one side of tubing in
15 # 1 .7 - 1 5 0 water and blow to the other side . There should be no air bubble in
water. If there is air bubble in water, that's because the wall

Analog Control
0-5V/10V connection diagram
1. Connect Pin 5 with Pin 12, Connect pin 7 with Pin11 to set up enable
2. Connect Pin 1 with positive pole of 0-5v/10v, Connect pin 9 with negative pole
of 0-5v/10v to adjust the speed through voltage
3. Pin 13 and Pin8 control the run/stop via 5V (TTL). Pin13 is input of positive pole,
Pin8 is input of negative pole. High level refers to run, low level refers to stop.
4. Pin 6 and Pin8 control the direction via 5V (TTL), Pin6 is input of positive pole, Pin8
is input of negative pole. High level refers to CCW, low level refers to CW.

1. Cnnect Pin 4, Pin7 with Pin 11 to set up enable
2. Connect Pin 14 with positive pole of 0-10kHz, Connect pin 8 with negative pole of
0-10kHz to adjust the speed through Hz
3. Pin 13 and Pin8 control the run/stop via 5V (TTL). Pin13 is input of positive pole,
Pin8 is input of negative pole. High level refers to stop, low level refers to run.
4. Pin 6 and Pin8 control the direction via 5V (TTL), Pin6 is input of positive pole, Pin8
is input of negative pole. High level refers to CCW, low level refers to CW

4. Pin 6 and Pin8 control the direction via 5V (TTL), Pin6 is input of positive

Maintenance
When the pump is idle , we recommend you to release the tubing
from pressure . This helps to protect the tubing from unnecessary
strain and prolongs its service life
Keep rollers clean and dry. This will prolong the service lives of
tubing and pump head .
The surface of drive and the pump head are not organic solvent
and aggressive liquids resistant . Please pay attention when using .

Warranty
The warranty period for this product is one year. If repair or
adjustment is necessary within the warranty period , the problem
will be corrected at no charge if it is not due to misuse or abuse on
your part , as determined by the manufacturer. Repair costs
outside the warranty period , or those resulting from product
misuse or abuse , may be invoiced to you .
