We usually use simple present tense with every day, every......., occasionally, sometimes,
usually, seldom, never, hardly ever, etc.

Special case 1
For verbs that end in consonant –y, we remov the –y and add –ies. E.g cry, fly, study, etc.
Example : I study English every weekend

Example : We watch movie every night.
