Being a native of small village, I always dreamed of getting quality education.

But,
my father’s death back in 2014 was a major setback to my studies that led me
getting admitted to an orphanage. It is where my journey of bringing change in
society begins. Coming to an unfamiliar environment didn't dampen my spirit, & I
topped my class with 95% marks and got the award of best student of year.
Witnessing the challenges faced by orphans motivated me to establish “Aghosh
Leadership Club,” through which we organize sessions on leadership development
& self-awareness for students of Aghosh Orphanage.
My aim of promoting public diplomacy through education urged me to pursue
Bachelors in International Relations. IR will enable me to learn education
diplomacy as a tool for peace and cooperation among nations. Being a MUN
society member of my university, our team has organized multiple sessions on
educational issues. As there is no organized system for Orphan education in
Pakistan, my goal is to play a role in providing them quality education, serving as
an SDGs No:4 (Quality Education) ambassador at my university.
Studying IR in diverse academic landscape of USA will broaden my perspective of
Public Diplomacy and its impact on education. It will also provide me clear
understanding of USA's academic culture, supporting my aim to work on
educational access for underprivileged Pakistani children. It will be a marvelous
chance to share my 8 years of diverse hostel life experience by promoting peace
and humanity among American & Pakistani nationals.
