WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM DEED

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Waiver and Quitclaim Deed executed by:

of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of Philippines;

- and -

of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of, Philippines.

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, as a holder of Fishpond Lease Agreemnts (FLA) Nos. 2969 located at with
total area of 20 hectares, more or less.

WHEREAS, desires to waive all her rights and interests over the aforementioned parcels
of land.

WHEREAS, desires to acquire all the rights and interests that has on the aforesaid parcels
of land.

WHEREAS, the beneficiary hereby expressly acknowledges that the benefactor make no
warranty or representation whatsoever with respect to the parcels of land aforesaid and the
beneficiary has not relied and shall not hereafter rely on any representation of the benefactor
with regards to said parcels of land.

NOW THEREFORE, by these presents, hereby waives, transfers, releases, and quitclaims
as I have heretofore waived, transferred, released, renounced, and quitclaimed in favor of, all my
rights, titles, and interests over the aforementioned parcels of land.
