AND If Licensee Terminates this Agreement OR Scheduie Property then He/She/It will have to Change the
Addressin Got. ISemi-Govt. OR Local Authority License OR will have to Cancel the Govt./ Semi-Govt. ORLocal
Authority License, then Only He/She/It will get Deposit after showing NOC.
DURATION:
Effect from 08.01.2023 to 07.12.2023 for the period of 11 (Eleven) months subject
to the following conditions.

::CONDITIONS :

(14) The premises of the said property is given by the first party to the other party for
residency. The second party shall not allow any other person or organization to reside

responsibility for that will be borne by the other party.
(15) The said property is to be used well by the other party and not to cause any damage to
it and not tomake permanent alterations or construction / repairing or repairing of any
part of the said property inside or outside and if the other party If we cause any damage
to the property, the other party will not have to remove it at its own expense and risk
and responsibility.
Copy of this Leave and License Agreement (including notary) to the police station or the

(18) At the place of the said property (the space to be used), the other party shall not engage
in any activity which is in violation of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act 1956, such as
any activity related to immoral relations and any such illegal activity. So the entire
responsibility will be on the other party only. In which the property owner or agent will
not have any liability.
(19) Incase of any kind of damage to the furniture provided in the house due to locusts or
other insects / pests during use, the consumer shall have to compensate for the loss. If
weeds are found in other organisms / insects in the house, its repair / treatment /
control willhave to be done by the user at his own expense.
(20) Incase of any natural or man-made calamity or any other circumstance the use of the
property isstopped but the full use fee prescribed by the other party has to be paid. It
cannot be deducted from the deposit amount.
(21) There is no malpractice in the meter placed by the electric company in the property
given for use under the license that the meter currently in use is without any damage.

after checking and verifving it And now if the other party sues the electric company for
any irregularity in the meter during the use of schedule meter (as per Light Bil
Consumer &meter No.), then the responsibility of such case is to be borne by the other
party. In which the first party willnot have any responsibility. As well as any financial
penalty that has to be paid in the electric company, it willhave to be paid by the other
party. In short, the liability of the other party is to be borne by the other party in case of
any kind of cases arising out of the use of the other party in the property reserved for
the said use. As wellas all those cases will have to be disposed of and handed over.
There will be no liability of the first party.
