I believe that the text dealing with skills shortages linked to job insecurity is right and is a
serious problem for both companies and workers because people are no longer hired only
for their studies and training, but also for those who already have experience in the same job
or because they are a friend or family member of the boss, and these people are left out
without having given them that opportunity. In addition, it is also the fault of the workers
themselves, who in some cases or sectors do not have sufficient training our there are very
few people with that training so they have to take very good care of them so that they do not
leave the company.
