Answer:
If I had warned you against going there, you wouldn’t be in trouble now.
1. I should have finished the project last Monday. I can’t go out tonight.
2. I should have predicted your answer. I am frustrated about your refusal now.
3. Miranda should have told me the truth at that time. I can’t forgive her now.
4. I should have washed my clothes last Saturday. I don’t have clean socks now.
6. Dora shouldn’t have broken up with her boyfriend. She is so lonely these days.
7. My friend should have come to see me last night. I am angry with him now.
