2. Click Add to Chrome.

3. Click Add Extension when pop-up dialog requests permission to add.

4. Close confirmation window. Chrome adds a V icon next to your address bar.

5. Sign In using the provided credentials for Vonage.

6. Download Vonage Desktop app using below link:

Login over App using credentials for Vonage:

7. Log In to Vici and select your assigned campaign for Industry Specific Calling.
*This you have to check and request to Arslan. This is different from regular calling campaign.
8. Click the Answer button pops up at your Vonage App to place call.
9. How to Transfer to Closer

At this point customer will be placed on HOLD.

TM needs to verbally tell the closer phone number/calendar number, Type of Service,
Frequency, DMs Name
 10. Once call has ended you Hangup from Vonage App and then Hangup from vici in order
to proceed for next call.
