NB: Running water Storage Space, Accommodation space and Electricity MUST be Provided at job
site. This quote is provisional. Any work not included here which is to be executed by us shall be
deemed to be additional work and shall be valued and fully paid for before it is carried out. All
services buried must be indicated before commencement of the work; we will not be liable for
buried service not adequately pointed out. Prior to the installation of the flooring materials, the
General contractor/ Client will arrange to have all other equipment and materials removed from
the areas affected. All chemicals and processes used in producing epoxy concrete floor and others
are environment friendly and non-toxic. It bears no negative effect to plant, animal or human life.

Beware of Cheap Materials floors, some quacks are beginning to flood the market with cheap
inferior materials that would cause your floors to fade after some time making it look like a
dandruff infected hair sort-off. Please be aware of this and be guided accordingly.
Completion of Initial setup
• 80% payment at contract signing
• Balance of 20% payment at 90% completion
Including
• Free washing and cleaning maintenance once in a week for 2 months
After initial setup
• Cleaning and washing attracts N10,000 for a week for 50 Square meter size maximum
