In this regard, the Schools Division of Tocos Sur will be conducting Capacity Building on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Training Modules on November 4 & 10, 2023 at the HoteLinda Suites, Vigan City. 2. The activity aims to promote resilience education, develop the DRRM competencies and equip the School DRRM Coordinators/School Heads with knowledge and skills on DRRM and enable them to share and implement in their areas of work. 3. The participants of the said activity are the School Heads of the attached list of districts and schools. They are advised to pre-register through this link: bit ly/CapBDRRMModules. 4, Lunch and snacks (AM & PM) of participants shall be charged to the Comprehensively Released Funds under the FY 2023 Disaster Preparedness and Response Program (DPRP) Funds (Sub-ARO No, ROI-23-0514 dated March 23, 2023) while transportation and other incidental expenses in attending the said activity shall be charged to MOOE/local/school funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5.
