This is the Cartridge People test page. It allows you to check the print quality of your printer.
Print this page on at least 80gsm paper in normal quality and at full size (100%). Is the print
quality not to your liking? It is possible that the toner or other consumable needs to be
replaced, this can differ per printer. If this is not the case and the print quality is not good, please send a scan or
photo of this printed test page plus your printer's status page to our Customer Service. We will then assess the
print quality and advise you on how to fix the potential problem. The text is getting smaller and smaller, so you
can check whether even very small print is still sharp. This way we will know for sure that all your prints, both text and images,
will look perfect. On this page you can easily see from the different boxes which colour
causes a problem: BK (black), M (magenta), C (cyan) or Y (yellow). Also, the different
shapes, such as lines, planes and circles, give us information about the print quality.
A print quality problem can have several causes. If you look at our FAQ’s page, you will find some possible
causes and solutions, alternatively you can contact our Customer Service team.
