Teachers appreciate student diversity by accepting that all students differ in their needs and developing teaching methods to suit each child. A multigrade classroom shows diverse student characteristics that teachers must consider when choosing effective teaching strategies, activities, and assessments for each student. As an educator, one should acknowledge that students come from different backgrounds and have unique learning curves, and therefore must treat all students equally and give everyone the same learning opportunities.
