ANNEXURE-II
Terms and Conditions:

1. Price basis: The prices quoted are ex-works, Mumbai .

2. Freight and insurance: Extra at actual.

3. GST: Included(13.8%)

4. Payment terms: 70% with order confirmation, 20% after material delivery at site and 10%
on project commissioned.

5. Supply, installation and commissioning lead time: 6 weeks from date of technically and
commercially crystal clear order with payment in advance.

6. Validity: Validity of this offer is 30 days from the date of issuance.

7. Warranty :

PV modules : - Total 25 years. 10 years of product warranty, 90% of nominal power

output for period of 10 years and 80% nominal power output for period of rest 15 years.

The warranty will be void if it has been handled by any unauthorized person during the
period. The warranty also does on cover any breakages or damage to the system.
