with short-term, paid job opportunities. It meets their unique needs, providing convenience,
flexibility, and valuable work experience."

Conclusion: "In conclusion, our idea is not only timely and attractive but also rooted in market

That problem can lead to financial stress and missed opportunities for skill development.

The purpose of our idea is to bridge this gap effectively. We aim to provide a user-friendly
platform that connects students with flexible, short-term job opportunities that align with their
schedules and career goals. Our goal is to empower students to manage work and education more
efficiently while gaining valuable experience

I would like to introduce you to some of the main characteristics of our startup, which turn our
idea into an opportunity.

Attractive: Many students need extra income to support their education and living expenses.
Offering a platform,that connects them with short-term paid opportunities,can be extremely
attractive to this target audience.

Timely: The timing is relevant, especially considering the increasing living costs and the desire
for students to gain work experience while studying. If this need persists, our platform can
remain timely.

Durable: The durability of our idea depends on how well you adapt to changing situations and
market conditions. We think that, our platform can offer relevant opportunities and adapt to
developing needs.

Anchored in a Product: Our idea is anchored in a product (the platform itself), which is a
positive aspect. You can develop attributes, offer user support, and iterate based on user
feedback,to make the product even more attractive.

Realistic: The realism of our idea depends on several factors, including:competition, regulatory
hurdles, and scalability challenges.

Implementable: The implementation will require building a website or app, creating a database
of job listings, attracting both job providers and job seekers, and handling payment processing.
While challenging, it is implementable with the right resources and strategy.

However, there are some potential challenges and considerations: Competition; Trust and Safety;
Monetization and Marketing. But our group is ready to face these challenges.

There is a gap in the marketplace for platforms that specifically cater to short-term, student-
friendly job opportunities. While there are general job boards and freelance platforms, our
platform can focus on the unique needs and constraints of students. Economic Forces: Economic
forces, including rising living costs and the need for additional income, are driving students to
seek part-time or short-term employment. Our platform aligns with this economic reality.

Social Forces: Social forces like the desire for work-life balance contribute to the demand for
short-term jobs. Students often want jobs that fit their schedules, making your platform socially
relevant.
Technological Advances: Advancements in technology have made it easier to create and
maintain job matching platforms. For this idea's implementation, it is necessary to use
technological advances, such as creating an application.

We conducted an online survey in which KIU students took part. rt. Most of them are
sophomores, among the interviewees were students of computer science and management
programs, most of them have faced this problem.

As can be seen in the graphic image, most of the students did not have a paid job during the
academic year. Also, they prefer to show their abilities in graphic design and web development.
Different thoughts were also observed: such as physical labor. Students really need to fulfill their
desires and do something that will bring them income.

We really hope that our platform will help students with similar problems to turn their passion
into a source of income and play their role in the development of small businesses and startups.
