Purpose: Help +20M applicants worldwide get into better universities

and become more self-aware by helping them with their University
Application Essays (Motivational letters, SOPs, College Essays, etc.)

Problems it will solve: Over the four years of our operation *reviewing +300 college
essays/SOPs and having +200 successful cases - we realized that University Applicants
worldwide don't have one-stop-shop access to all the information related to college essays.
Mostly they have to wander around various websites or youtube videos that are scattered
across the web.
Besides, Application Essay Mentors (which are growing in numbers now) don't have a
platform to display their offerings and find their customers. Most of us, mentors, operate on
word of mouth fashion.
The platform can be a marketplace, community generator, and brainstorm facilitator that
+20M university applicants (that write essays) need.

Primary users:
- College applicants (75%)
- Graduate school applicants (25%)

Most essential features: This project consists of several Tiers that are connected to an
existing Application Essay Reviewing Business - Khikaya.
Tier 1: A landing page with a critical feature allowing booking consultations for numerous
University Application Essay Mentors under Khikaya; Think Calendly + Kaspi Payment +
Google Calendar Appointment + Zoom link generation for online appointments + Mentor
Reviews + Student Reviews, etc.
Tier 2a: Essay bank - a structured bank of successful essays accessible on the Freemium
plan. Including the 200 pages essay bank we have at Khikaya + the possibility for the users to
add their essays in exchange for various perks.
Tier 2b: A system that would allow applicants to submit essays for a review by a mentor.

Additional features:
Tier 3: Platform for online Masterclasses (online course by our mentors).
Tier 4: Creation of AI that would help applicants brainstorm on their essays.
