Ideavan (a crowed sourcing platform) is pleased to present you the proposal of

partnership/affiliation. We would like to organize Global Youth Entrepreneurs Summit 2015 on
November (20-22nd) at

International Conference Center (BICC).

Our proposal requests around 36.7million BDT to launch an innovative program that will help to
open a new door for the young entrepreneurs all over the world by discussing their problems,
analyzing them and showing a path or referring to any skill developing training
program.Through this program they will be able to showcase their talent or their product/service.

We would also like to inform you that all contributions are income tax exempted. We shall
provide you with a receipt against your contributions.

Please donate generously and support us to help these underprivileged, hardworking young
entrepreneurs to generate thousands of new employment opportunities and renaissance a new era
of “Sonar Bangladesh”.

Introduction
What is Ideavan: -

Ideavan is the first company to start giving platform to companies, agencies, MNC’s or any other
entities who are struggling with ideas of different sort of problems like introducing a new
product, fighting to gain more market share, identify or come up with new marketing plans. In
short coming up with a solution.

It is also a platform for the Universities to conduct there all types of research, case study,
assignments into one database to collaborate among different department’s students work to
evaluate the student’s caliber and the teaching benchmark of that department also.

How does it work: -

Ideavan will be a platform where many companies can come and share the problems they are
facing in the current market. Or they also can search for some new ideas to solve their current
problems in the market. Ideavan will provide them a platform where it will arrange contest
through cases for all around Bangladesh.

In the academia part the university faculties can use the ideavan platform to publish their cases,
assignments etc. for the students to solve. Students will solve the problems from ideavan
platform and after that ideavan will give a concrete result of those answers which will reduce the
extra work of the faculties.

Our mission is to create a platform where people can share their ideas to overcome the actual
problem that is happening in the actual market.

Objectives of Ideavan:
In Academia section our focus is to collaborate the academic knowledge of the students to the
industry in a way that they can solve the industry related problems with what they are studying in
the universities and also their informal knowledge they gather from observing the industry as a
consumer. In this sector we firstly groom the students with the help of the faculties and
universities. These students will be our knowledge base in future. We will introduce them in
front of the industry through their problem solving ability. So students can get the the proper
career through their strength in the proper industry they deserve.

How Universities/Faculties get benefitted by Ideavan (Academia):

Ideavan has a platform which is solely devoted towards the universities, faculties and students.

 Universities can affiliate with ideavan based on academic requirements of their different
departments. Ideavan can contribute with academic resources based on the requirements
of the universities. Ideavan has a platform which can create a platform for the universities
to support different departments with case studies, project reports, presentation
preparations, training sessions etc. This helps the universities to achieve a hassle-free
resource platform for their different departments.
 Faculties also get benefitted from ideavan largely. Faculties can use our platform as their
assignment, case study, report, project, presentation submission place. Ideavan has its
own judging/selection panel. So, if faculties need the whole process can be monitored
and selected by the in -house team. This will be a relief for the faculties too.
 Students are the sectors who will be benefitted with this platform the most. When
faculties will put their assignment or cases in our platform for the students to solve,
Ideavan will provide all the related instructions how to solve it properly. Even ideavan
will place some demo resources which will help the students to solve the problem much
effectively. These extra resources will be based on the requirements of the courses so it
will help the students to learn more about the topic.
Along with that ideavan will groom the potential students who will do good in these
assignments and projects. Ideavan can trace the students who are continuously giving
good feedback through its database and it can introduce these potential students to
different brands based on the criteria they excel in their academic life.
  Ideavan will work as the agent of the students in the industry. Ideavan will identify the
potential students who are fit for different industries and introduce them to the proper
organization based on their merit of respected fields. This will help the students to build
their career according to their knowledge and best interested topics before they enter the
industry during their student days.

Promotional strategies

Ideavan is an online platform of providing solution to all types of entities who are struggling
with generating mostly on marketing related ideas. So ideavan can promote all the campaigns,
Idea generation competitions, problem solving competitions, case solving competitions etc. on
the variety of online platform where ideavan already exists.
Ideavan also promote the university collaboration work update. We can promote the
collaboration news with the university and also the processes through which we and the
universities can make a constructive and structural database of the students’ work in their
respected fields. Ideavan has different online platforms of promoting their partners associated
works.

The Main platform of ideavan is its website. Website itself will be one of our main sources to
promote ourselves and the entities who are associated with us. We will encourage people to visit
our site through Facebook, linked-in, YouTube, Instagram and other websites also. Our website
will highlight the works and campaigns of our affiliated partners’ in a way that their work will be
focused towards their target market.

 Facebook Promotion:
Ideavan has a proper Facebook page which is solely dedicated towards the promotional purpose
of the associated partners works. In this page ideavan will also update all the news that is going
on in our platform currently and also going to happen in future. So, it will be helpful for the
brands and other entities to get attention of the crowed they desire before their campaigns start.
Through this page we will try to build a community of people who has participated on our
competition or trying to participate.

 Linked-In Promotion:

Ideavan will create a linked in platform where it will make a community of people who are the
participants of different competitions and also the people who are potentially very important and
proper focused group for our associated entities. In linked in platform we can also make a
community of industry people, agency people brand people and other corporate people who will
add an additional advantage to us while starting a campaign..

Current situation

Currently we have built our website and continuously building our community of creative people. Our
plan is to build a community with as many creative minds as possible with problem solving ability about
their related subject related fields.
To understand how our platform works and how we can collect as many insightful ideas as possible we
are doing the pilot run of our idea collection process from March 2019.

Now we are doing our pilot run with North South University. We picked 4 sections of a specific faculty
of marketing department for our test run. We gave 5 different cases to these sections so students can solve
those cases in groups. We have provided all the instructions and structures how they can solve the cases.
We have structured the questions in a way so that we can get the proper solutions in the way we want or
need. We have given them case problems which the brands face in reality in our country.

Through this test run we actually wanted to identify whether the young minds of our country have any
idea about the problems brands are facing now-a-days and also to check if they have the ability to provide
the real, feasible and actually can be implemented in the Bangladeshi perspective kind of solutions. And
so far whatever the results we get are very satisfactory and most of the answers were according to our
instructions and structures. And most of the case answers consider the real problems and provide the
answers in a way which are very feasible and affordable in context of Bangladeshi brands.

How we can associate

Ideavan is willing to associate/affiliate with the universities. The main idea of Ideavan in the association
process with the universities is to help universities to structure their students’ case study, projects, and
reports by bringing them into one platform based on different departments and faculties. Ideavan will
associate with different departments and faculties after get an affiliation with a university. Then it will
design the case study or report proposal or project proposal based on the requirements of different
departments and faculties. After designing the academic requirements we post it on our online platform
with a proper guidelines and rules suggested by the respected faculties. Students will solve those course
related and course required problems by given time. After all the submission ideavan will collect all the
answers and other resources provided by the students and submit it to the faculties and also the respected
departments. And ideavan will store all the resources regarding this. So in future if university needs these
data for any purpose they can easily collect from Ideavan.
Ideavan also can help faculties to sort out their best performed pupil by giving them suggestions. Ideavan
will analyze all the case or report related answers to identify which answers can be the most appropriate
and much more affective to solve a real life problem by the expert team. So the faculty can get more
accurate reasons to select a proper idea after getting the feedback from Ideavan.

Ideavan is a platform that will associate with you to build a community of proper knowledgebase of
people. This collaboration will lead both of us to a proper position to solve the industry related problems
with the help of the real life scenarios of the people who are facing the problems. So it is a total win-win
situation for both of us. Because you are getting the opportunity to structure your educational resources of
your students and your students are getting a platform where they can understand the industry norms,
culture and also can be known to the industry people before even enter into the industry.
