Following your Dream Business Project Charter in Activity 1, you will create a GANTT this time on
launching your business in 1 full calendar year.

Instructions and details:

Create a comprehensive GANTT Chart (See attached sample on the Resource, Materials and Section of
mrooms). List down all the detailed task and expected date of accomplishment for each.

2.1 Explain the details of your GANTT chart, why did you include this tasks in the chart?

2.2 Is having a GANTT chart helpful in your Project planning? Explain its impact.

2.3 What do you think will happen if a Project Manager does not have a GANTT chart or other
types of monitoring chart?

Note: As much as possible, create your own GANTT chart, yes you may have a lot of reference but the
fun and challenge of doing it on your own is a great experience.
