Terms & Conditions

● Warranty excludes damages arising due to seepage/ leakage/ heavy rains/ building structural cracks. Any
rework within warranty period will be verified by NoBroker first.
● You can choose upto 3 shades free of cost. Rs.500 will be charged for every additional shade chosen.
● In case of plastering work, throwing away the rabbit waste will have an extra cost of Rs. 750 and the same is

to be paid to the partner in cash.

● Warranty is not applicable on waterproofing work.
● Once the job is completed, you will the receive payment link for the remaining amount, which is to be paid

within 48 hours.
 Payment Terms:

A. Payment Stages: (If the Project value is above Rs. 1,00,000/-)

● 30% - Booking Amount

● 50% - On Half Job Completion
● 20% - After Completion of Full Job

B. Payment Stages: (If the Project value is below Rs. 1,00,000/-)

● 50% - Booking Amount

● 50% - On Half Job Completion
