Terms and conditions
1 This quotation is only valid for 14 days only. Should we receive your confirmation after 14 days, we reserve the right to make changes
to the quotation.
2 The Makeover Guys shall provide warranty against manufacturing defects due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of
six (6) months. Upon final payment made within fourteen (14) days from the project handover date, an additional six(6) months
warranty will be given. This warranty, however, does not cover wear and tear, any abuse, negligence, misuse and improper use or care
by the Customer or any third parties. All electrical appliances come with a standard one (1) year manufacturer's warranty .
3 The Makeover Guys owns the copyright of all photographs taken of the units and reserves the right to use the photographs for
marketing and promotional purposes.
4 Our makeover process generally takes30 working days (50 working days for landed property) upon the following:
i. Receipt of 50% deposit payment
ii. Collection of keys and access card
iii. Renovation permit approved (renovation deposit to be paid by client)
iv. Clearance of major defects or any defects that are required to be fixed before our work can start, and authorisation to start work

6 Kindly e-mail us the bank deposit slip or online payment receipt along with your name, development name and unit number for
payment verification.
7 Work will commence upon receipt of the 1st payment. The 2nd payment is due upon 50% completion of the project, which is
defined as the completion of paint work or wallpaper installation, and installation of lighting, fan and air-conditioners.
8 Payment shall be made to us in accordance to the payment schedule as set forth above. As our payment schedule is on progressive
payment basis to cover the purchases and preparation of materials and labour for each stage, we will require payment to be made in
a timely manner to prevent any delays to the project.
9 Should payment is delayed, We have the right to postpone any purchases of materials or any works until such payment is made, and
the project timeline will have to be renegotiated.
10 All goods shall remain the property of The Makeover Guys until full payment is made to us. Should there be any balance of payment
not made to us, we have the right to remove or dismantle any furniture and/or fittings equivalent to the amount owing to us.
11 The overall design and theme will be determined based on the market segment and tenant/buyer profile of your unit. The Makeover
Guys Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to decide on the overall design and theme, and the selection of furniture, fixtures and fittings for your
unit including the colour and material of all products.
12 Any pictures from our past portfolio of projects shown to you are for reference purposes only. We will attempt to re-create something
similar if you request so, however, as some items such as furniture and wallpaper are seasonal, we reserve the right to select similar or
equivalent products at our discretion.
13 It is your responsibility as an owner to check and file defects of your property to the management or developer prior to handing over
to us. Whilst we are able to assist you in doing a general defect inspection, we normally only look for major defects such as leakages,
damaged tiles, doors or windows. Once the defects are filed, we will be able to assist you in following-up on the rectifications during
our project duration, up to the completion of our project.
14 For safety and security reasons, and for ease of project management, access and execution of all works by our staff, suppliers,
contractors and sub-contractors, we require the unit to be vacated during the entire duration of our project.
15 In the event of project cancellation by client or contract termination through no fault of The Makeover Guys, the client agrees to pay
for any work that has been done and any purchases that have been made up to the cancellation date. A processing fee of RM200
will be charged to process for refund payment.
16 Upon completion and final payment made, the project shall be protected under The Makeover Care Insurance against malicious
damage. The premium charge shall be 2.2% of total quoted price per annum. However, for the first year upon project completion,
owner gets to enjoy a discounted amount of only 1.1% per annum. The Makeover Guys reserves the right to the adjustment of charges
as or when necessary.
17 As a value added service to ease the hassle of Property Investors, The Property Guys (sister company of The Makeover Guys) is providing
rental service to owners upon project completion. As soon as the unit is successfully rented out by The Property Guys, client gets enjoy
a 3 months free of property management service to the rented unit. After which, it will be an 10% of rental rate charged monthly to
extend the service
