IV. RECOMMENDATION

At the end of survey there was a section for complaints

regarding maps and navigation. Though there were some that
didn’t have any complaints but still many had different issues
that need to be solved. The problems that were common are too
much advertisement, useless notification, location not being
accurate. Those who use data also complained that these apps
use too much of their data. If these issues are solved, then maps
and navigation will improve a lot and more people will use
them.

V. CONCLUSION
According to the survey uber got the highest availability percentage
along with the security and comfort percentage. So based on that the
influence of the uber cannot be denied. In fine, the percentage of uber’s
pliability was 60 averagely. People are useful to use the ride sharing
apps. uber has just passed 1 year in the capital's road transportation
service. However, the smartphone depended ride sharing app is very
useful to people. The city dwellers got the facility to use uber
independently. Day by day its popularity increased since it is giving
free app service. As people focus on price, we should reduce its price
at a perfect rate so that all people can use this. As people focus on
safety, we can arrange a training session for the uber drivers. People
should know the rules and regulations of how to use it.
