Q no 01 : Does glass ceiling exist?
Ans : Yes it exist, every organization needs such
employees that can stay with the organization as
long as possible and a women has more restrictions
in terms of husband, children, if a women is starts
working in organization when she is not married
and after some time she got married then she may
face restriction from her husband side.
Q no 02: We can see some women CEO’s?
Ans : Women that are on the CEO level have to
sacrifice there marriage to run the organization
because it becomes very difficult for them to
manage both organization and home at same time.
Q no 03: It means that womens are not good for
work?
Ans : Naturally womens are designed week they
are not designed for all types of work such as we
cannot send a woman on site to do some electrical
work or such things, but on other side womans are
good thinkers, marketers e.t.c Womens have ability
to think very deep on a topic

prevent women from advancing in their careers. It
represents the challenges and biases they face in
reaching top positions.

Ans: The glass ceiling definitely exists. It’s a real challenge
that many women face in their careers. It’s important to
address and break down these barriers for gender
equality.

what do you think about it?
Ans: It’s pleasure to see many organizations having
female CEOs! It’s a positive step towards breaking the
glass ceiling and promoting gender diversity in leadership
roles. However, it’s important to remember that the
glass ceiling still exists for many women in various
industries and positions.
Q.no 4: So what do you think if womens get the position
of CEO will they managed their responsibility?
Ans : Women have proven time and again that they are
more than capable of managing the responsibilities of
being a CEO. Gender doesn’t determine one’s ability to
lead and make impactful decisions. It’s all about skills,
experience, and dedication. Women CEOs have
successfully led and transformed many organizations
across various industries.

academic purposes. It refers to the barriers that can

female CEO that’s really great to see. It’s a positive

Ans: As I say only few organisations having female
CEO and you can see when women are in top
positions, they can definitely handle the
responsibilities and manage effectively. Gender
doesn’t determine someone’s ability to lead.
