You can use any method to work the cables in this pattern (have your cable st(s) – stitch(es)
needle at hand) but I recommend cabling without a cable needle. Refer to the tbl – through the back loop
linked video tutorial. MC – main color
CC – contrast color
sm – stitch marker
At the end of this pattern, you will find charts. There are charts for sizes M
and L and also for darker and lighter MC so be careful to pick the right one Cuff
for your socks! With MC, cast on 66 [70] sts with the German Twisted Cast On (refer to linked
video tutorial). Join for working in the round, be careful not to twist.
Lefty knitters: Please feel free to mirror chart A (read it from left to right) to
get no troubles with working the heel! Chart B is centered and may be read Start working row 1 of chart A. The chart is worked twice in total per round.

Work the cuff round for a total of 15 times (or until desired length) by
sts in brackets [ ] are meant to be worked in size L only. repeating row 1 of the chart.

Heel flap is worked flat with both colors over the next 32 stitches. Now, with both yarns arranged for working stranded colorwork, pick up and
k16 [18] stitches from the edge of heel flap, then pick up and k another st out
Row 1: With CC, k32 sts, do not turn of the gap between instep and sole stitches, alternating sts in MC and CC,

Repeat gusset rounds 1 - 4 (size L: Use gusset round 2 for size M) and All sizes:
