Sub: Discrepancies in CGEGIS case of Sri. Chandran PI and Sri.K.Narayanan - reg

Ref:- No.CGEGIS/5/2023-24 dtd at Kasaragod the 14-09-23.

The following discrepancies observed while preparing CGEGIS claim. Kindly rectify the
same and resubmit.

1. Sri..Chandran P I, retd PA LSG’s CGEGIS premium recovery is not seen in Service

Book for the period 5/84 to 12/92 .(initial entry not available). Please reconcile.

2. Sri.K.Narayanan, retd LSG PA appointed in 2-12-82 and CGEGIS premium recovery

started from 01-01-82. Hence, please recalculate and resubmit.

Revised Annexure C and sanction is requested for both cases for further necessary action.
