CEMENT BC 3004
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
CEMENT BC 3004 is a two component, CHC free adhesive
and has been developed especially for construction sites and
workshops where larger plant components i.e. surfaces are to
be lined with REMA TIP TOP Lining Material. CEMENT BC
3004 is a two-component adhesive for bonding rubber to
rubber, rubber to metal and rubber to concrete. The metal
surface must be primed by using PRIMER PR 304,
alternatively PRIMER PR 200 can be used.

Polymer basis: Polychloroprene (CR)
Solvent: Cyclohexane / Ethyl acetate (flammable)
Colour: blue
Density: 0.94 g/cm³

MIXING LIMITS FOR THE APPLICATION OF MATERIAL

Thoroughly mix the required quantity of BC 3004 with 4 % Temperature range: +10°C to +40°C
HARDENER ER-42 or HARDENER E-40 (30 g per 0.7 kg) Maximum relative humidity: 80%
