Definition of Simple Present Tense :
Simple Present Tense is used to describe habits / daily
activities.
Formulas : (+) S + Verb1(s/es) + O + ....
S + to be (is/am/are) + adj/adv/noun + ....

(-) S + do/does (not) + Verb1 + O


S + to be (is/am/are) not + adj/adv/noun + ....

(?) Do/does + S = Verb1 + O + .... ?


To be (is/am/are) + S + adj/adv/noun + .... ?
Sentence Example
(+) I am a student.
She writes a poem.
My brother run fast.

(-) I am not a student.


She does not write a poem.
My brother do not run fast.

Possessive ('s) is used to mention something or someone that
belongs to others. It also comes after noun.
Example :
My Father's car
Kate's cat
When something or someone belongs to a person whose name ends
with (s) put (') after the name.
Example :
Adis' book
My sisters' school

The most commonly used possessive adjectives are (My, Your, His,
Her, Its, Our, and Their).
Example :
I = My (My mother buys me this necklace in that store.)
You = Your (Your house is very ugly.)
He = His (His dad is so handsome.)
She = Her (Zane shows me her new purse.)
It = Its (The cat bites its own children.)
We = Our (We start our picnic at 7 a.m.)
They = Their (The firefighters come to their station by car.)
