IV. COURSE DESCRIPTION :

This course covers the study of Philippine Labor Laws particularly Books V to VII of the Labor Code and other pertinent laws, rules and DOLE issuances.
It is designed to be finished in 18 weeks at 3 hours per week.

VI. COURSE OBJECTIVES :

At the end of the course, students will:

1. be able to gain knowledge on how to digest cases on labor laws;


2. be able to understand concepts and principles on labor laws and legislations particularly those that pertains to labor relations;
3. have a better understanding on how labor law provisions and other labor related issuances are applied to different labor cases by providing the
students cases to read and digest;
4. be able to situate and appreciate their future role/s in a particular organization.
