Current Z4 Notification Status Flow

The current Status Flow is no longer adequate for review of notifications. The current flow only allows
the user to pick the next flow in order.

Example:

Status of Z4: APPR

1. Data admin processes notification. Changes status to NVAL

Status of Z4: NVAL

2. SME sees an error or wants additional changes. Z4 can only go to next status VALC

I am requesting that the Status Flow be updated to go back and forth between the requestors and the
data admins when the notifications are not correct, additional information is added or additional
changes are needed before the Z4 is approved.

If the statuses can only go in number order, then additional statuses need to be added to the list OR
statuses need to be added to this box without a Status Number and can be picked in any order.
