Reference: Imam Hussain Shaik

I am writing to advise you that Imam Hussin Shaik who is currently undertaking a
sandwich placement with you has been formally withdrawn from their studies at
Nottingham Trent University. This is a result of them not enrolling onto their course.

The Business School and our Student Support teams have been liaising with Imam to
help resolve the situation, however despite our best efforts the student has not re-
enrolled.

As the student is an international student in the UK on a Student Route visa, Nottingham

Trent University is legally obliged to inform the Home Office of the change in their
enrolment status.

The student has been informed and is aware of our obligations as a visa sponsor to
notify you that they have been withdrawn form the university and are no longer able to
sponsor their visa. We have advised them to discuss this with you as a matter of
urgency.

Should you wish to retain Imam as an employee, you will be responsible for checks in
relation to their right to live and work in the UK.

I hope this does not cause you too much inconvenience or disruption to your business.
