This Rent Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on the
date above by and between:

Landlord: ___ Mrs Heera Gohain Nath___ (the "Landlord")

Tenant: ___Kakon Dey___ (the "Tenant")

1. Property. The Landlord rents to the Tenant, and the Tenant rents from
the Landlord, the property located at 252, Manik nagar path,
Bylane 4, Danuah nagar Path, Tezpur, Assam_ (the "Property").
2. Term. The term of this Agreement shall be for ____1 year_______,

5. Repairs. The Landlord shall be responsible for all repairs to the
Property, except for those damages caused by the Tenant or the

6. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon
