Company
VYPEngineering Services was established on February 17, 2021. We are a
construction company dedicated to delivering top-quality construction services to
clients in both the residential and commercial sectors. Our team consists of 55
highly skilled and experienced professionals, allowing us to establish a strong
presence in the industry.
We are thrilled to announce our upcoming renovation project in Quezon City,
where we have been entrusted with a significant renovation of a three-story building
in the heart of the city. In addition to this exciting venture, we also have various
ongoing and completed projects in Pasig, Zambales, Rizal, and Pampanga,
demonstrating our commitment to providing our expertise in construction across
the entire island of Luzon and soon the Visayas islands through our current
negotiations with various clients.
Also this year, we will embark on another house renovation project in the Monte
Vista Subdivision in Marikina City and an additional 3-story building for a beach
resort in San Antonio, Zambales.These projects will start in the last quarter of 2023.
Furthermore, we take pride in introducing our company's proficiency in the
design-build scheme. As a reputable design-build firm, we offer a unique and
seamless approach to construction projects. This approach ensures our clients
receive a comprehensive solution, starting from the initial design phase and
seamlessly transitioning to the construction phase.

Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the flexibility to
extend working hours for specific project needs.

Daily activities include site inspections, project meetings, material
procurement, workforce management, and equipment maintenance.

Engr. Vincent Y. Pasatiempo

General Manager
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sto. Tomas
is a former Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME)
Chaper President (Subic Chapter) and still an active member. He is a
licensed engineer who serves as the senior executive responsible for
leading and overseeing the overall operations, strategy, and
performance of an organization or business.He established VYP
Engineering Services with the intent of cost-effective and quality
construction works.

Engr. Edwin E. Manangu

Project Consultant
He is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
program at the Technological Institute of the Philippines.He is a
professional who provides expert advice and guidance on civil
engineering projects and is responsible for offering technical
expertise, project planning, design, and construction management
services, ensuring that construction projects are completed
successfully, on time, and within budget.

Arch. Garner Y. Gumabon

Project Consultant
Graduate of architecture from National University and a member of
the United Architects of the Philippines-San Fernando Chapter, he is
a licensed architect who provides specialized guidance and
expertise on architectural projects. They offer advice on the design,
planning, and execution of construction projects, ensuring that
architectural designs meet the client's requirements, adhere to
regulations, and are executed efficiently.
