properly abided by it assures good operation, safety, and durability to your
HAYNOG-300 Nogueira. We recommend carefully reading it, before

There is an identification plate fastened on the machine, which displays the

manufacturing serial number. Write this number, in the end of this manual.
This information is extremely important to identify your machine, in cases
when you need technical support or replacement parts.

and supply efficient and permanent technical support.

well in the utilization of processes and materials ecologically appropriate in its production and its

PROTECT AND RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT, remember that conservation is the social

lubrication products and fluids, old tires, and packaging. Never dispose of these products or empty
packaging in swamplands, lakes, rivers, puddles etc. Share these recommendations with others and

The Nogueira Company is concerned about the
safety of people involved in operating and
performing maintenance procedures on the
mower.
In developing this design, we have considered
every detail in order to avoid unexpected
accidents while operating it. We have developed
safety shielding and eliminated dangerous
situations.
Remember, keeping people healthy and their
physical integrity must always be considered to
the upmost.
We have prepared this manual to make your
familiar with your mower and, so that you can use
it correctly and safely.
We recommend carefully reading it before
operating the machine the first time. If you have
any doubts or questions, please get in touch with
us at your Nogueira reseller or our Technical
Support Department.
SAFETY WARNING LABELS
Safety warning labels alert users on situations
which pose some type of danger. They are
accompanied by instructions for protecting the
safety of the operator and other users.

These warnings refer to dangerous situations,
which may result in serious accidents and be life
threatening, if the instructions are not strictly
abided by.

CAUTION warnings!
This type warns on dangerous situations and
informs on necessary precautions in order to
avoid any possible accidents.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
- Read the instruction manual before turning on
the machine. Pay attention and respect all the
operating and safety recommendations while
running the machine.
SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ALL
OTHER USERS.
- Do not operate the machine while or after
drinking alcoholic beverages or medications
which affect your normal condition. Pay
attention to what you are doing and use your
good sense. Any lack of attention while
operating the machine can result in a serious
accident.
- Disconnect from the power take-off, the tractor
motor, and remove the key from the ignition
before performing any adjustment, lubrication,
or any maintenance job on the machine. Never
try to perform any repairs while the machine is
turned on. Always pay complete attention!
- Before turning on the machine, check to see if
there are no tools or any other object on it.
- Look around the machine before operating it.
Keep animals and spectators at a safe distance,
away from the power supply area. Pay special
attention to any children nearby.
 Safety
- Dress appropriately for operating the machine.
Keep long hair tied up and do not wear loose-
fitting clothing. Remove rings, chains, and any
other objects which can become stuck in the
moving parts or mechanisms.
- Wear personal protective equipment - PPE
while operating the machine. Exposure to noise
for prolonged period can cause hearing damage
or loss. Wear earplugs and safety glasses.
- Never try to clean or remove remnants of
products while the machine is turned on. This
type of procedure can only be done while the
power take-off is disconnected, the key removed
from the ignition, and the machine is completely
motionless.
- Never try to open the machine while it is
operating.
- Keep the safety labels in good condition and
legible. Replace them whenever necessary.
- Keep the shields and protections in the proper
places and do not operate the machine without
them.
- It is prohibited for people to stand on any part of
the machine while operating. Whenever it is
necessary to get on the machine for any
adjustment or repair, disconnect the power take-
off from the tractor and wait until the components/
parts are completely motionless.

- Moving parts, due to inertia, continue moving
even after the machine is turned off. Wait for a
few moments before approaching the machine,
as moving springs are almost unnoticeable and
touching them can cause an accident.
- Before touching any part, disconnect the
power take-off, look and listen to check for any
evidence of motion. Only touch a part when you

are sure it is stopped. Always pay attention!
- Completely lower the machine before
performing maintenance, lubrication, or
adjustments.
- If it is necessary to work on the machine when
it is raised by the hydraulic system, it must be
raised safely. Hydraulic mechanisms can lower
without any reason or from leakage in the
system, and cause an accident.
- Do not place the machine on cement blocks,
hollow bricks, or other supports which can crush
from a prolonged weight load.
- Never work below a machine raised up only by
a jack, always use a safe support foot.
- Always check the terrain before starting your
work. Mark any dangerous places or obstacles
which may impose a hazard to operating the
machine.

 Safety
- If you notice any abnormality In the operation:
vibrations, different noises, etc., turn off the
machine immediately. Check and eliminate the
cause before turning on again.
- Never operate the machine in closed
surroundings and without ventilation, the gases
released from the tractor motor are highly
poisonous to your health.
- Do not use the driveshaft without the safety
shielding.
- Make sure the rotation direction of the power
take-off marked on the machine is correct before
connecting the power take-off! The rotation of the
power take-off can never exceed 540 rpm.
- The tractor must always be maneuverable.
Place enough counterweights on the tractor, so
the front tires stay in firm contact with the ground.
- Be especially careful when operating on sloped
terrain. If you notice any imbalanced signs,
reduce acceleration. Keep the tractor always
engaged when going down slopes.
- Be especially careful when coupling and
uncoupling the machine from the tractor. Pay
attention and check if the coupling pins are well
latched. Use cotter pins so that the pins do not
come loose accidentally.

- When driving the tractor with the machine on
public roadways, obey the current valid
legislations regarding the maximum height of
the load, especially when going under
overpasses and bridges.
- As stated in the Brazilian Traffic Code (CBT), it
is required to have a National Driver’s Licence
(CNH) for driving tractors on public roadways.
- Never leave the tractor when the machine is
turned on. Stop the motor, disconnect it from the
power take-off, engage the parking brake, and
remove the key from the ignition before getting
out.
- After turning off the machine, it takes some
time for it to stop turning. Never approach the
moving rotors. Only after you are completely
sure the rotors are motionless.
- Be prepared in case of an accident. Keep a
first-aid kit in an easily accessible location. And
know how to use it.
- Comply with the safety recommendations and
pay attention. Any lack of attention while
operating the machine can cause accidents.

Depending on the tractor used, it may be

disconnect the power take-off in order to avoid
damaging the driveshaft.

pieces. Lubricate with a thin layer of grease.

Recommendations:

- Before coupling the driveshaft, clean and

lubricate the power take-off axles and the
actuating parts of the machine.

- After installing the driveshaft, fasten the safety

chains, and leave some play for articulation.

- Verify the length of the driveshaft, whenever

using a different model of tractor.

- Disconnect the power take-off when

maneuvering the coupled machine.

- It is the exclusive responsibility of the

authorized Nogueira reseller to perform the
preparation on the driveshaft and the first
operation of the machine.

After assembling the driveshaft, keep the ends

aligned (the following fig.).
Misalignment of the ends will cause vibration in
the bracket, and thereby decrease the useful
lifetime of the driveshaft.

Perform the following procedure to change the
HAYNOG-300 from the operating position to
the transport position:

1- Couple the machine to the tractor.

2- Block the fastener lever on pin A (fig.10).

NOTE:
Move the machine a little to the side (fig.11), to
facilitate the blocking of the lever as shown
above. 3- Place the two deflectors completely inside
and latch them using the fastening bars.

4- Activate the hydraulic system of the machine

and lift the machine to transport it.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Lower the hydraulic system of the tractor to a floating position, so that the tractor can adjust to the
ground. It is essential to achieve good operation to keep the power take-off rotation between 350 and
540 rpm, thus this reduce wear and wasting hay.
Avoid sudden turn towards the right to avoid damaging the driveshaft.
Each adjustment, including forward speeds and the power take-off, must be appropriate for the local
circumstances.

The springs move almost imperceptibly when the rotors are moving.
Careful and do not touch them!
Keep a safe distance from the operating machine.

1- Place the machine in the operating position, as expressed in the instruction on the previous page.

2- Place the springs in the “spreading” position (fig.18), in both rotors.

2- Place all the springs in the “spreading” position (fig.23), in both rotors.

NOTE:
Changing the position of the springs is done manually, and does not require the use of any tool. Just
pull the pin and spring and move it to be indicated position in the following figure.

3- WHEEL HEIGHT: Generally the wheel is in

the upper hole (fig.24).

In demanding conditions (example: long hay),

adjust it to other holes to see the best results. If
necessary, perform some tests to find the best
placement.

 Maintenance
The HAYNOG-300 requires minimum maintenance to make it work perfectly and achieve a long
lifetime. Therefore, the following are essential measures for these purposes:

- Keep the machine clear from material debris.

- Keep the springs in good operating condition, replacing them whenever damaged.
- Keep the machine properly lubricated.

Disconnect the power take-off and remove the key from the tractor ignition
before performing any maintenance, adjustments, and lubrication
procedures on the machine.
Keep the maintenance are clean. Wet or oily floors are slippery and can be
dangerous.
CAUTION Always place the machine in a flat location and put shims under the wheels.
Always use the same original specifications when replacing screws and
nuts. Before turning on the machine, check and see if the shields are
installed.

Verify the tightening of all the fastening elements, after the first few hours of operation, especially the
screws fastening the springs, spring holders, and rotors.

There are 4 types of different springs used in the HAYNOG-300:

- Narrow left spring - left rotor (blue label);

- Wide left spring - left rotor (blue label);

- Narrow right spring - right rotor (yellow label);

- Wide right spring - right rotor (yellow label).

The correct placement of the springs on the rotors is very important to guarantee perfect operation of
the HAYNOG-300. When replacing them, observe the assembly and check if it is correct:

- The blue label shows it if for the left rotor and the yellow is for the right rotor (in case there is any doubt
to identify the right and left rotor, consult this manual).

- The spring must be firmly placed and fastened by the screw.

Alternate the assembly of the narrow and wide springs.

TIRES
Periodically verify and measure the tire pressure. Be careful when filling them; stay next to them
and never in front or on the tires.

Do not take off or replace the tire on the wheel rim, unless you are equipped
with the correct equipment and have the necessary experience to perform
this task. Inappropriate procedures when assembling a tire can cause an
explosion, and result in serious injuries. It is preferable to seek the support
from a quality professional for this job.
CAUTION
Recommended tire pressure: 21 lbs/in² (1,5 kg/cm²).

Care with the machine

Keep the machine clean and well lubricated.
Replace any worn or damaged parts.

We recommend performing annual routine maintenance, preferably at the end of each harvest season
and perform a general tune-up on the machine and replace any worn or damaged parts.

Peform before extended stoppages:

- Carefully wash the machine with water;

- Retouch any paint in parts where it is necessary;

- Replace any worn or damaged parts;

- Apply anticorrosive oil on the metallic parts of the machine;

- Lubricate adequately;

- Store the machine in a dry and protected against sunlight and rain.

Pay close attention to the recommendations described in this manual.

 Lubrication
Routine and adequate lubrication is the best guarantee to achieve good operation and long-lasting
durability of your equipment, as well as these factors cut costs and reduces maintenance needs. The
recommended intervals must consider the normal operating conditions. We recommend performing
periodic inspections and use clean and good quality lubricants.

Lubricating with grease:

Lubricate the recommended following places using a grease gun. Use special grease for ball bearings,
lithium soap base, NLGI 2 EP classification.

Before lubricating, clean the grease fittings well as to avoid contaminating the grease.

LAS INFORMACIONES A LOS DEMÁS
USUARIOS.
- No opere la máquina sí ha ingerido bebidas
alcohólicas o medicamentos que alteren su
estado normal. Manténgase atento a lo que
está haciendo y procure actuar con sentido
común. Un momento de desatención mientras
opera una máquina puede resultar en
accidente grave.
- Desconecte el toma de fuerza, el motor del
tractor y retire la llave del arranque antes de
regular, lubricar o realizar cualquier servicio de
mantenimiento en la máquina. Nunca intente
efectuar reparaciones en la máquina
encendida. Esté siempre atento!
- Antes de encender la máquina, verifique si no
hay herramientas u otros objetos sobre la
misma.
- Observe los alrededores de la máquina antes
de ponerla en funcionamiento. Mantenga a
animales y espectadores a una distancia
segura. Tenga especial cuidado con los niños.
 Seguridad
- Vistase apropiadamente para operar la
máquina. Prenda el cabello largo y no use ropa
demasiado holgada. Sáquese anillos, cadenas y
demás elementos que puedan prenderse en las
piezas o mecanismos en movimiento.
- Use equipo de protección individual - EPI - al
operar la máquina. La exposición prolongada al
ruido puede causar daño o pérdida de la
audición. Use protectores auriculares y gafas de
seguridad.
- Nunca intente limpiar o retirar restos de
productos de la máquina encendida. Este
procedimiento sólo puede ser realizado con el
toma de fuerza apagado, la llave retirada del
arranque del tractor y la máquina sin ningún
movimiento.
- Nunca intente abrir ninguma parte de la
máquina cuando está funcionando.
- Mantenga los adhesivos de seguridad
conservados y legibles. Substitúyalos siempre
que necesario.
- Mantenga todos los blindajes protecciones de
seguridad en sus debidos lugares y no haga
funcionar la máquina sin las mismas.
- Está prohibida la permanencia de personas
sobre cualquier parte de la máquina en
funcionamiento. Siempre que fuere necesario
subir a la máquina para realizar cualquier
regulado o reparación, apague el toma de fuerza
del tractor y aguarde hasta que los componentes
estén completamente sin movimiento.
HAYNOG-300
- Componentes móviles, debido a la inercia,
continúan en movimiento por algún tiempo
después que la máquina es apagada. Aguarde
algunos instantes antes de acercarse a la
máquina, pues los espirales en movimiento son
casi imperceptibles y el contacto podrá causar
un accidente.
- Antes de tocar cualquier componente,
desconecte la fuente de accionamiento, mire y
escuche si no hay evidencias de movimiento.
Solamente toque un componente si está
seguro de que está parado. Esté siempre
atento!
- Baje totalmente la máquina antes de realizar
mantenimiento, lubricación o ajustes.
- Si fuere necesario trabajar en la máquina

suspendida del hidráulico, se debe apoyarla de
forma segura. Los mecanismos hidráulicos
pueden arrearse por sí mismos o debido a
pérdidas y resultar en accidente.
- No apoye la máquina sobre bloques de
cemento, ladrillos huecos u otros soportes que
puedan demoronarse najo el efecto de cargas
prolongadas.
- Nunca trabaje debajo de una máquina
soportada solo por un cricket, utilice siempre un
apoyo seguro.
- Realice el reconocimiento del terreno antes de
iniciar el trabajo. Demarque lugares peligrosos
o con obstáculos que puedan poner en riesgo la
operación.

 Seguridad
- Si observa cualquier anormalidad en el
funcionamiento: vibraciones, ruidos diferentes
etc., apague la máquina inmediatamente.
Verifique y elimine la causa, antes de encenderla
nuevamente.
- Nunca haga funcionar la máquina dentro de
ambientes cerrados y sin ventilación, los gases
liberados por el motor del tractor son tóxicos y
altamente nocivos para la salude.
- No utilice el cardán sin la protección de
seguridad.
- Asegure que la dirección de rotación del toma
de fuerza marcado en la máquina esté correcto
antes de acoplar en el toma de fuerza! La
rotación en el toma de fuerza nunca debe
exceder 540 rpm.
- El tractor debe estar siempre maniobrable.
Monte contrapesos suficientes para que los
neumáticos delanteros mantegan contacto con el
suelo.
- Redoble la atención al trabajar en terrenos
inclinados. Si percibe algún desequilibrio,
reduzca la aceleración. En los descensos
mantenga el tractor siempre acoplado.
- Sea especialmente cuidadoso al acoplar y
desacoplar la máquina al tractor. Observe si los
bujes de acople están bien trabados. Utilice
siempre los contrabujes para evitar que los bujes
se suelten accidentalmente.

- Al transitar con la máquina en vías públicas,
observe las reglas locales de tránsito y
seguridad. Infórmese sobre la legislación
vigente en cuanto a la altura y el ancho
máximos permitidos para el transporte. Esté
atento en cuanto a la altura de transporte,
especialmente en viaductos.
- Conforme previsto en el código brasileño de
tránsito (CBT) es exigida la cartera nacional de
habilitación (CÑ) para transitar con tractores en
vías públicas.
- Nunca abandone el tractor con la máquina
encendida. Pare el motor, apague el toma de
fuerza, acciones el freno de estacionemiento y
retire la llave del arranque antes. Después de
apagada la máquina lleva algún tiempo hasta
parar de girar. Nunca se acerque a los rotores
en movimiento. Solo toque los rotores si está
seguro de que están completamente parados.
- Esté preparado si ocurre un accidente.
Mantenga un kit de primeros auxilios en lugar
de fácil acceso. Sepa cómo utilizarlo.
- Observe las recomendaciones de seguridad y
manténgase atento. La falta de atención
durante la operación podrá resultar en
accidentes.
Adesivos de seguridad
Lea el manual de instrucciones antes de
encender la máquina.
Manteniéndose atento y respetando todas
las recomendaciones de uso y seguridad,
usted evitará que accidentes inesperados
puedan ocurrir durante la utilización de la
máquina.
Mantenga distancia segura de la máquina
durante la operación.
Riesgo de lesiones causadas por material
despedido por los rotores.
No se acerque a la máquina antes de su
paralización completa.
Recuerde que las partes rotativas no paran
inmediatamente después del apagado.
Algunas partes son casi imperceptibles
cuando están en movimiento y usted
puede no verlas.
HAYNOG-300
Apague el tractor y retire la llave del
arranque antes de realizar servicios de
mantenimiento, regulado, lubricación,
limpieza etc., en la máquina. De esta
forma, usted impedirá el accionamiento
accidental y evitará situaciones de peligro,
con riesgo de accidentes graves.
Español
Al acoplar la máquina al tractor,
manténgase fuera de la llamada “zona de
peligro”, área localizada entre la máquina y
el tractor. El movimiento accidental o
involuntario de uno de los equipos puede
alcanzarlo y provocar un accidente.

Presentación
APLICACIÓN
El HAYNOG-300 fue diseñado para surcar o
esparcir diversos productos utilizados en la
producción de heno etc., principalmente
gramíneas.
ACOPLAMIENTO AL TRACTOR
Para mayor facilidad y seguridad, elija un lugar
plano para acoplar la máquina al tractor.
HAYNOG-300
Los bujes de acople inferiores son reversibles,
lo que permite el acoplamiento del HAYNOG-
300 en tractores categorías I o II.
- Cat. I: El buje con el diámetro menor es
colocado en el lado externo.
- Cat II: El buje con el diámetro mayor es
colocado en el lado externo.
Observe las figuras abajo:
NOTA: Para cambiar la categoría, remueva los
bujes A e invierta la posición de los acoples
(fig.05).

CUIDADO
No permanezca entre el tractor y la
máquina durante el acoplamiento;
siempre manejar las partes de acople del
tercer punto fuera de la zona de peligro
(espacio entre la máquina y el tractor).
Riesgo de accidente en el caso de
movimiento accidental del tractor o de la
máquina.

 Verificar si los brazos inferiores del tractor COLOCACIÓN DEL CARDÁN
están en igual altura antes de acoplar la
máquina.

Acerque el tractor con cuidado.

1- Acople primero el brazo isquierdo.
2- Luego, acople el brazo derecho.
3- Por último, acople el brazo superior (tercer CUIDADO
punto). Nunca utilice el cardán sin la protección de
seguridad.
Utilice la perforación que mejor se adapte al El contacto con el cardán en movimiento
largo del brazo utilizado. podrá resultar en grave accidente.
Trabe bien los brazos con los bujes y los
respectivos contrabujes.
Dependiendo del tractor utilizado, podrá ser
necesario cortar el cardán. Esto ocurre debido
a la variación en la distancia entre el toma de
fuerza del tractor y el eje de accionamiento de
la máquina, en los diferentes modelos de
tractores existentes. Si necesario, proceda el
corte conforme descrito a continuación:

1- Desmonte las dos partes del cardán.

(macho y hembra).

2- Acople el lado con la barra maciza (macho)

en la máquina y la hembra en el tractor.

3- Coloque las dos partes (macho y hembra)

paralelas (fig.21). Las puntas excedentes
deben ser cortadas.

4- Marque los locales donde serán efectuados

Después del acoplamiento al tractor, levante y los cortes. Deje una holgura de
fije el pie de apoyo con el contrabuje. aproximadamente, 30 milímetros en cada lado.

5- Retire el cardán de la máquina y del tractor, y

efectúe los cortes.

 Al maniobrar con la máquina acoplada, apague
el toma de fuerza para evitar daños en el
cardán.

- Los pedazos cortados, del macho y de la

hembra, deben tener el mismo largo.
- Utilizando una lima, realice el acabamiento en
las partes cortadas. Lubrique con una fina capa
de grasa.

Recomendaciones:

- Antes de acoplar el cardán, limpie y lubrique

los ejes del toma de fuerza y de accionamiento
de la máquina.

- Después de la colocación del cardán, prenda

las cadenas de seguridad, dejando una

holgura para la articulación.

- Verifique el largo del cardán siempre que

utiliza un modelo diferente de tractor.

- Apague el toma de fuerza al maniobrar con la

máquina acoplada.

- Es de responsabilidad exclusiva del

revendedor Nogueira ajecutar la preparación
del cardán y el primer accionamiento de la
máquina.

Al montar el cardán, mantenga los terminales

alineados (fig abajo). La desalineación de los
terminales provocará vibración en las crucetas,
disminuyendo la vida útil del cardán.

 POSICIÓN DE TRANSPORTE

Para colocar el HAYNOG-300 en la posición de

TRANSPORTE, proceda como descrito a
continuación:

1- Acoplar la máquina al tractor.

2- Bloquear la palanca fijadora en el buje A

(fig.10).

NOTA: Mover un poco la máquina hacia el lado

(fig.11), facilitará el bloqueo de la palanca
arriba. 3- Colocar los dos deflectores totalmente hacia
dentro y trabarlos con las barras fijadoras.

4- Accionar el hidráulico del tractor y levantar la

máquina para transportarla.

 POSICIÓN DE TRABAJO NOTA:
Mover un poco la máquina hacia el lado al tirar
de la cuerda (fig.17), facilitará el desbloqueo de
la palanca (fig.16).

Para colocar la máquina en la posición de

TRABAJO, proceder como descrito a
continuación:

2- Tirar de la cuerda, desbloqueando la

palanca fijadora (fig.16).

 Operación
INSTRUCCIONES GENERALES

Bajar el hidráulico del tractor en posición fluctuante para que la máquina se adapte al suelo.
Para un buen trabajo es indispensable mantener la rotación en el toma de fuerza entre 350 y 540 rpm,
reduciendo así el desgaste y la pérdida de heno.
Evitar giros bruscos hacia la derecha para no dañar el cardán.
Cada ajuste, incluyendo las velocidades de avance y del toma de fuerza, debe ser adecuado a las
circunstancias locales.

Los espirales son casi imperceptibles cuando los rotores están en

movimiento. Cuidado para no tocarlos!
Mantenga distancia segura de la máquina en funcionamiento.
CUIDADO

Extender
1- Colocar la máquina en la posición de trabajo, conforme las instrucciones de la página anterior.

2- Colocar todos los espirales en la posición “extender” (fig.18), en los dos rotores.

NOTA:
El cambio de posición de los espirales es
hecho manualmente, no requiere ninguna
herramiento. Simplesmente tire del buje con el
espiral y desplácelo hasta la posición indicada
en la fig.18.
7- Posicionar los deflectores conforme
deseado. Trábelos con las barras fijadoras
para determinar y limitar el ancho de
esparcimiento.

3- ALTURA DE LAS RUEDAS: En general, se

utiliza el regulado de la rueda en el orifício
inferior (fig.19).
En condiciones difíciles (ejemplo: heno corto),
ajustar en otror orifícios puede dar mejor
resultado. Si necesario, realice algunos tests
para encontrar la mejor posición.

 Hilerar
1- Colocar la máquina en la posición de trabajo.

2- Colocar todos los espirales en la posición “hilerar” (fig.23), en los dos rotores.

NOTA:
El cambio de posición de los espirales es hecho manualmente, no requiere ninguna herramiento.
Simplesmente tire del buje con el espiral y desplace hasta la posición indicada en la figura abajo.

3- ALTURA DE LAS RUEDAS: En general, se

utiliza el regulado de la rueda en el orificio
superior (fig.24).

En condiciones difíciles (ejemplo: heno largo),

ajustar en otros orifícios puede dar mejor
resultado. Si necesario, efectúe algunos tests
para encontrar la mejor posición.

NOTA:

4- Bajar la máquina hasta que los espirales de
la parte frontal estén cerca del suelo.
NOTA:
Asegurar que la abertura entre los deflectores
esté adecuada, especialmente en henos
pesados o en grandes volúmenes.
También es posible alterar la altura de los
deflectores, simplesmente girando el
bloqueador de nylon a 180°.

5- Hacer funcionar el HAYNOG-300 a plena

velocidad (540 rpm) y observar si los espirales
tocan el material en el frente de la máquina. Si
necesario, apagar el toma de fuerza y regular el
brazo del tercer punto del tractor.

6- Después del regulado, apagar la máquina y

aguardar hasta que los rotores estén sin
ningún movimiento.
Posicionar los deflectores conforme deseado y
fijarlos con las barras.

Español
La posición de los deflectores definirá el ancho
de surcado.

NOTA:
Se puede adaptar la inclinación delantera de
los rotores a las condiciones locales de
surcado, ajustándose la altura de las ruedas y
también el ancho del tercer punto del tractor.

Posicionando los deflectores en la primera

pasada conforme la posición A, posibilita juntar
los dos surcos en uno sólo en la Segunda
pasada (posición B).

HAYNOG-300 19
 Mantenimiento
El HAYNOG-300 necesita de un mínimo de mantenimiento para su perfecto funcionamiento y
durabilidad. Para tanto, algunos cuidados son indispensables:
- Mantener la máquina limpia de restos de material.
- Mantener los espirales en buenas condiciones de uso, substituyéndolas inmediatamente cuando
dañadas.
- Mantener la máquina adecuadamente lubricada.

Desconecte el toma de fuerza y retire la llave del arranque del tractor antes
de realizar cualquier servicio de mantenimiento, regulados, ajustes y
lubricación en la máquina.
Mantenga el área de mantenimiento limpia. Pisos mojados o grasosos son
resbaladizos y pueden ser peligrosos.
CUIDADO Siempre estacione la máquina en un lugar plano y calce las ruedas.
Al substituir tornillos y tuercas, utilice siempre la misma especificación de
los originales.
Antes de encender la máquina, verifique si las protecciones están
colocadas.

Verificar el ajuste de todos los elementos de fijación después de las primeras horas de trabajo,
especialmente los tornillos que fijan los espirales, porta espirales y los rotores.

ESPIRALES

Son 4 tipos diferentes utilizadas en el HAYNOG-300:

- Espiral izquierdo estrecho - rotor izquierdo (etiqueta azul);
- Espiral izquierdo ancho - rotor izquierdo (etiqueta azul);
- Mole espiral derecho estrecho - rotor derecho (etiqueta amarilla);
- Espiral derecho ancho - rotor derecho (etiqueta amarilla).

El posicionamiento correcto de los espirales en los rotores es muy importante para garantizar el
perfecto funcionamiento del HAYNOG-300. Al substituirlas, observe si el montaje está correcto:

- La etiqueta azul indica que el espiral es para el rotor izquierdo y la amarilla para el rotor derecho (en
caso de duda para identificar el rotor derecho y el izquierdo, consulte este manual).

- El espiral debe estar bien asentado y fijado con el tornillo.

NEUMÁTICOS
Verifique periódicamente y mantenga el calibrado correcto de los neumáticos.
Tenga cuidado al inflarlos, pemanezca siempre al lado y nunca adelante o sobre el neumático.

No intente desmontar o montar el neumático en la rueda, a no ser que tenga

equipamiento y la experiencia necesaria para ejecutar este trabajo.
Procedimientos inadecuados en el montaje de un neumático pueden
producir una explosión, resultando en heridas graves. Para mayor
seguridad, este trabajo debe ser hecho por un profesional cualificado.
CUIDADO
Presión recomendada: 21 lbs/pul² (1,5 kg/cm²).

Conservación
Mantenga la máquina limpia y adecuadamente lubricada. Substituya piezas desgastadas o dañadas.

Se recomienda realizar anualmente, preferentemente al final de cada temporada, una revisión

general en la máquina, identificando y substituyendo partes desgastadas o dañadas.

Antes de paradas prolongadas:

- Lave cuidadosamente la máquina con agua;

- Retoque la pintura en las partes donde hubiere necesidad;

- Substituya las piezas desgastadas o dañadas;

- Realice una aplicación de aceite anticorrosivo en las partes metálicas de la máquina;

- Lubrique adecuadamente;

- Guarde la máquina en un lugar seco y protegido del sol y de la lluvia.

Esté siempre atento a las recomendaciones de mantenimiento descritas en este manual.

 Lubricación
La lubricación regular y adecuada es la major garantía de buen funcionamiento y durabilidad del
equipamiento, además de reducir los costos de su mantenimiento. Los intervalos indicados tienen en
cuenta su utilización en condiciones normales de trabajo. Se recomiendan inspecciones periódicas y
la utilización de lubricantes limpios y de buena calidad.

Lubricación con grasa:

Lubricar los puntos indicados a continuación con el auxilio de una engrasadora. Usar grasa especial
para rodamientos, a base de jabón de litio, clasificación NLGI 2 EP.

Antes de lubricar, limpie bien las engrasadoras para evitar la contaminación de la grasa.
Substituya engrasadoras dañadas.
La tabla abajo muestra algunas grasas recomendadas:

por un número de serie, grabado en una plaqueta
(1), localizada en la carcasa de la máquina.

Al enviar comunicaciones o requerir auxilio de la asistencia técnica

Nogueira, siempre informe el número de serie y el modelo de la máquina,
presentes en la plaqueta de identificación.

Al substituir piezas, utilice siempre artículos orinales Nogueira. Solamente
