The concept of this project is to come up with the idea of hybrid kit which can be easily implemented in any

car.
The package of this hybrid kit consist of Motor, Controller board, Batteries, Regenerative breaking system &
electromechanical shocker system.

Project consist of some of the core method of implementing this idea, wire frame (model concept of Ariel Atom
V8) made on our own jig. Engine Suzuki F6A 660cc, and different parts is used as per requirement.

Hybrid system (Motor/Generator) with the specification of 72V,20kW DC motor produce 3000rpm to 5000rpm
which helps Crank of the engine to move, Motor situated with Synergy box which helps complete controlling of
motor which also coordinate with the engine ECU (Engine Control Unit)

Used Regenerative braking system and Magnetic shockers situated with double layer capacitor to provide the
enhanced charging capability & battery backup, This Hybrid kit can be implemented in any locally car
manufactured to provide consumer 20-30% saving of fuel and less co2 emission.
