many generations and the sixth, the most recent, comes integrated with
microprocessors such as Intel Core or AMD Ryzen.

In terms of size, the first computers were the size of an entire room. Then, as the
years went by, they reduced its dimensions to those of a refrigerator. Computers today
are much smaller and more portable than ever before. For example, a Raspberry Pi is a
computer about the size of a credit card.

On the other hand, portability refers to the ability of a computer to be easily
transported. Portability is an important feature for those who need to carry their

traveling or who need to take their computer to different places. Laptops are lighter
and more compact than desktop computers, making them easier to transport.
