PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Good morning, everyone, we are group 1. Today we are very happy to be here to present
our topic.
There are six members in our group: Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, Nguyen Dieu Anh, Vo Thi
Chau Anh, Nguyen Hong Anh, Pham Luong Huong Chi, Pham Thi Trinh Anh.
Our presentation is about: Lifestyle (healthy and unhealthy).
4. Outlining the presentation:
There are five parts in our presentation. The first is MC introduces show “The lifestyle of
today’s youth”. The second is Lisa’s vlog. The third is Cherry and Anna’s vlog. The
fourth is Mia’s vlog and the final part is sinceereadvice, thanks and hope to see everyone
all again on the next episode of the show.
Our presentation includes five parts. The first part is MC introduces show “The lifestyle
of today’s youth”. The second is about Lisa’s habit of sleeping late and her
transformation, harmful effects of sleeping late. The third part looks at eating habit of
twins sisters Cherry and Anna’s and harmful effects of obesity. The fourth part discusses
Mia’s habits and brnefits of doing exercise. The final part mentions advise everyone to
have a healthy lifestyle.

BODY/ DEVELOPMENT
1. Talk about sleep (The first part is being presented by Nguyễn Diệu Anh và
Nguyễn Hồng Ánh).
1.1. From Lisa’s vlog we can see
a. In actuality, a large number of people, both young and old, stay up late
like that these days. This way of life is unhealthy. They stay up late for various purposes:
going out, working, viewing movies, playing games, etc.
b. The results of this bad habit can be unpredictable. One of the harmful
effects of staying up late that cannot be ignored is memory impairment . People who
often stay up late are 5 times more likely to have memory loss than people who sleep on
time and get enough sleep. Staying up late will make the regeneration and regulation of
skin cells erratic, affecting the function of the skin. This causes the skin to age
prematurely, dull, appear wrinkles, dry skin, acne ...

5
1.2. Not only does it have a negative effect on the skin, stay up late also causes a
number of diseases for us
a. Without adequate rest, staying up late will lead to blood circulation
around poor eyesight, there will be dark circles around the eyes, blood streaks in the
whites of the eyes, and puffiness. When staying up late, the body is prone to lack of
energy, the body is tired and makes the body's resistance decrease. Therefore, a ‘night
owl’ will be more susceptible to diseases caused by microorganisms such as flu,
respiratory infections... than people who get enough sleep. There are also many other bad
effects.
b. Perhaps, Lisa also realized that, so she decided to change her lifestyle.
After a period of time, she saw many changes in her health. She no longer wakes up
exhausted, her face is clear of acne, she feels happy all the time, and she can concentrate
on her studies with ease,... Lisa told us that she hoped everyone would change to become
more like her in order to prevent unanticipated outcomes.
2. Talk about diet (The second part is being presented by Nguyễn Thị Lan Anh và
Phạm Lương Hương Chi).
2.1. Cherry and Anna’s vlog will tell us that there are two different eating habits
a. Cherry and Anna's vlog is the next one. They are twins. Even though they
are twins, according to Cherry, their eating habits are completely different. Cherry has a
balanced and nutritious diet. She incorporates fruits and vegetables into her meals and
stays away from fast food and oil. Besides, instead of drinking alcohol or alcoholic foods,
Cherry drinks filtered water or vegetable juices, because they are easy to make and also
bring many health benefits.
b. But that's not the case with Anna. Anna's favorite foods and drink are
cocacola and snacks, fried chicken, french fries, sausages, and so on. . Anna claims that
those foods are very tasty and can be purchased without wasting time or effort in the
kitchen. However, this is most likely also the cause of Anna's obesity.
2.2. Harmful effects of unhealthy eating and typically obesity
a. Obesity affects approximately 1.9 billion people worldwide, according to
WHO, and the majority of the causes are unscientific diets. The problem of unhealthy
eating occurs more and more when society is developing more and more. Some of those
habits are : eating fast foods with too many calories such as candy, hamburgers,

6
chocolates, habit of eating too salty during the day, consuming too much sugar,
frequently skipping meals or eating at the wrong time, often eating at night, eating late at
night.
b. Obesity is just one of the negative consequences of poor eating habits.
Unscientific eating can cause digestive diseases like diarrhea and constipation, as well as
accelerate the aging process and cause fatigue in the body. Do you aspire to be like that? I
suppose not. So make a change for your health! Snacks are delicious, but keep them to a
minimum because they cannot protect your health!
3. Talk about doing exericises (The second part is being presented by Phạm Thị
Trình Anh và Võ Thị Châu Anh).
3.1. Mia’s vlog and the benefits of exercise
a. She is a Taekwondo competitor. She is quite tall and appears to be in
good health. She exercises and exercises for several hours a day. As an athlete, Mia
believes that, in addition to eating a healthy diet, regular and effective exercise is
essential.
b. Not only should she exercise, but everyone should in order to maintain
their health. Exercise has been shown to enhance your mood and reduce symptoms of
depression, anxiety, and stress. No matter how intense your workout is, it causes changes
in the parts of the brain that regulate stress and anxiety. In fact, one study of several
women with depression discovered that any level of exercise significantly reduced
feelings of depression. Regular exercise raises your metabolic rate, which allows you to
burn more calories and lose weight while keeping your figure in shape.
3.2. Regular exercise brings many benefits
a. A major cause of chronic disease is a lack of regular physical activity. It
has been shown that regular exercise improves insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular health,
and body composition. It can also lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Some of the
brain health benefits of physical activity occur immediately after a session of moderate to
vigorous physical activity. Children aged 6 to 13 years old benefit from improved
thinking or cognition, and adults benefit from reduced short-term feelings of anxiety.
Regular physical activity can help you maintain your thinking, learning, and decision-
making abilities as you age.

7
b. Exercise can also help you sleep better. Exercise is beneficial, but only
when done correctly. To maintain good health, please follow the instructions, exercise for
a reasonable amount of time, and choose activities that are appropriate for your physical
condition!
