choice. knowing who they are. and lots of other things be king with your self
and think about that thing you want to do if it's good for you or not. Being sure
about what do you want. It wil make you to be excellent in you life. Every body
if it's men or women if it's child or old all of us have some problems. Don't
forget every body have some anguish and darkness. The resilient people know
that. Don't lose what you have to what you lost. If you lost something try to
keep that thing that you have.

Part 4: What have you learned from the video, write it in a well-organized essay.

The three secrets of resilient people.

In this essay I will consider the question of what the secrets of
resilient people are.
Firstly- resilient people know that suffering is part of life. Everybody
has some affliction. It's normal but hard to know. They say I just have
affliction while everybody has some anguish. Terrible things happen to
you just like they do everybody else at that time you have to choose
whether you want to swim or sink. It's your choice if you pass terrible
things or stay in terrible things.

Secondly- Resilient people are very good at choosing carefully in where

they select their attention. The resilient people have a habit they
appraising situations and manage to focus on the things they can't
change. They try to do the things they can't and some of them accept
that thing they can't.
As humans we are very good at noticing threats and weaknesses.
Negative emotions stick to us.

Thirdly- resilient people ask themselves is what I'm doing helping me

or harming me. In every situation you have to ask yourself if it's good
for me or bad it's helping me or not. If it's not, don't do that very
semple.
Like when you study. Is it helping you in the future? Think about this
question if you want to be a resilient person.

In conclusion I would like to say resilient people are very pro in some
ways like thinking about situations in future. At choosing thier
attention carefully. They know all of us have or had some darkness in
thier life they know suffering is part of our life. Thanks.

Part 5: Do you recommend the video to others, why or why not? Write it in a well-organized paragraph!
Answer:

……………It was one of the inspiring videos I absolutely recommend for some people. This is
our responsibility of sharing each good matters to others in order to guide or show
the way that can change the world for the better.
And I recommended this kind of video to my friends and acquaintances.
So I would be glad to recommend this one to others in order to have people who care
about other needs as a human beings. So it's very important for us to recommend this video.
