I. COURSE CODE: MBA 209

II. COURSE TITLE: HUMAN BEHAVIOR IN ORGANIZATION

III. COURSE DESCRIPTION : This course deals with people at work in all kinds of
organization. It stresses the involvement of the individual to show his role in
the organizational system as per his value judgment and morals. It presents
a logical, dynamic and concise orientation of the human behavior in an
organization. It also includes work, stress, organizational. It also includes
work stress, organizational cultures and international issues on human
behavior.

IV. COURSE CREDIT: 3 units

V. COURSE OBJECTIVES

• demonstrate the essential elements and principles of human behavior


in organization

• value the importance of the contents with regards to different theories,


models and organizational behavior

• apply the learned theories and concepts in analyzing the case


problems leading to the formulation of decisions or solution of the
problem in the workplace.

VI. COURSE REQUIREMENTS: Attendance, reporting, participation, seatwork


and activity, recitation, term paper/ critique paper.
