Data Entry Instructions for Student Information

STEP 1
Click on “Enable Editing” to start data entry

STEP 2
Each class has a specific sheet for entering student information.(e.g. "CRECHE_NURSERY")

STEP 3
Enter the student's first name in the column “FIRST NAME”, middle name (if applicable) in the "M

STEP 4
Use the drop-down arrow in the “Sex” column to select the student's sex.
STEP 5
Enter the student's date of birth in the "Date of Birth"column using the format on your device.
reference the date format on your computer, check the date and time format in the lower right corner

The student's age is automatically calculated based on the provided date of birth.

STEP 6
If a student is Non-Ghanaian, select their country of origin from the drop-down menu in "COUNTR
STEP 7
If a student has a disability, select the type of disability from the options available.

Please keep the following in mind while entering the data:

Ensuring that all the required (*) cells are filled for each student row
Ensure that all required (*) cells are entered correctly .
Avoid dragging, copying, and pasting to avoid technical issues. Enter data in each cell individually.
Double-check that the entered data corresponds to the number of students in their class registers.
Required (*)cells must not be left blank.
NB: "Required cells" mean "compulsory" or "mandatory" fields
